WREX is pop-rock duo Mae Seaton (vocals) & George Donoghue (guitar, bass, vocals, drums, production) from Brighton, UK.
WREX formed in early 2020 after we met each other at a local show. We started WREX out of a mutual love for making music and having fun while we do it! Too often the joy of making music can be overlooked or taken away, with such focus being on ‘monthly listeners’ or who’s getting the shows. We started this project to write and release music we love, bringing some positivity back to the world - let’s face it we need it right now!
